
James Yu is a serial entrepreneur and executive coach, currently serving as Chair of the C12 Taipei Mandarin Forum. With a multicultural background spanning the U.S., China, and Taiwan, he has spent years leading teams, building organizations, and developing leaders across diverse cultural and linguistic environments. He has supported entrepreneurs and professionals as they navigate high-pressure, rapidly changing contexts with conviction and wisdom.
Today, James and a passionate core team have founded Faith@Work, a marketplace apostolic center focused on integrating faith and work.

Finance & Operations
Born in Taiwan and raised in the United States, Helen has lived and worked across the U.S., China, and Taiwan, gaining a broad cross-cultural perspective shaped by diverse communities and seasons of life. Her background includes administrative work, small-business management, and long-term ministry support alongside her husband James. Years of caregiving and navigating multi-generational responsibilities have formed in her a practical, steady, and relational approach to leadership. Helen brings this blend of experience, compassion, and cultural fluency to her role at Faith@Work Taipei, where she is committed to building healthy foundations that help the community flourish.

Finance & PR / Fellowship
Albert holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston College and an MBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, bringing 17 years of leadership experience to his role as General Manager of BEN Teppanyaki. He continues the brand’s legacy with refined culinary standards, strong team development, and a commitment to hospitality.
Beyond the restaurant, Albert is invested in faith and marketplace formation. He serves with Every Man a Warrior, C12 Taiwan, and House of Praise, equipping leaders to integrate faith, work, and character. With steady leadership and a servant heart, he seeks to build workplaces—and communities—shaped by Kingdom values.

Welcome & Hospitality
Alfred received his BA in Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis and later completed his master’s degree at Tsinghua University. He spent 14 years with C.Y. Lee & Partners, contributing to major projects including Taipei 101 and Mandarin Oriental Taipei, as well as multiple award-winning residential developments. In addition to founding his own design practice, he has taught graduate architecture at NTUST.
At Faith@Work, Alfred leads Hospitality, bringing the same attentiveness and thoughtful design he applies to buildings into spaces of welcome—creating an environment where people feel seen, valued, and at home.

Children’s Ministry
Victoria is a mother of two boys and the founder of Twinkle Twinkle Kids Organic, a company dedicated to promoting safe, organic skincare and makeup for children and teens ages 5 to 15. Born in Taiwan and raised in Hawaii from age 12, she later earned her BA from Pepperdine University and a Master’s degree from RMIT University, giving her a broad, cross-cultural understanding of children’s developmental needs. Through children’s ministry, she hopes to help young ones grow through God’s Word, build character, and become Jesus’ little disciples in their everyday lives.

Youth & Young Adult Ministry
Emily is a vocational missionary with a heart for youth and young adults, drawing from years of ministry experience in South Africa, the U.S., and Taiwan. Her work has included teaching English, leading youth & YA groups, supporting church plants, serving in worship and children’s ministry, and creating community events that help people slow down and encounter God.
Emily is passionate about discipleship and walking alongside the next generation as they explore identity, purpose, and faith, and she is committed to building Christ-centered spaces where young people feel seen, supported, and empowered to follow God’s calling for their lives.
